Bass Hill Wildlife Area

Bass Hill is located in the northeastern portion of Honey Lake Valley.

Much of the area is grassland with generally sparsely scattered shrubs including big basin sagebrush, Artemisia tridentata, and Western juniper, Juniperus occidentalis.

The area is used by mule deer, Odocoileus hemionus, as a part of the winter range.

Integrity: The area has been grazed and there is a power line crossing it.

Use: Present
